Have you ever considered how many days your career actually lasts? If you ask me, your career will end when your life is over. our work plays such a big role in our quality of life that I wonder why people live in jobs that they hate.
I think sometimes you feel like you have no choice. Your parents may want you to become a doctor. Or you may be feeling the pressure of social media to make money so that you can have famous people.
Many years ago, I was no different. I thought it was about career status. I wanted to have a job that makes me look good. But when my grandmother abandoned the past, I began to describe my actions. You are not alone. Millions of people live this way. I don’t think it’s anyone’s fault. I don’t think we as a society have taught people the concept of wages.
I don’t think employers should have this negative thing that makes people angry. “Oh! It’s Monday morning. I have to go to work. “No, work is a choice. You don’t join the grass because you’ve got it, you’re doing it because you want to contribute to your community. That’s the job. But here’s the challenge:
- In today’s world, your career will be much closer. This is not an opportunity. This is a problem.
Since all entry barriers were removed, you faced tons of competition. Until a decade ago, you couldn’t enter any industry you wanted. You needed to meet the right people at the right time, at the right time. But now, you can do almost anything or anything to live your life.
That’s why the success of your career depends on making the right decisions. You want to choose a career that gives you an honest idea. The last item you want to be is an incomplete career hopper. A person who likes everything and chooses a special career every two years. It’s great to change careers. But it’s also great to be consistent and give the impression. You can’t do that in a few years.
“How do I know what my dream career is?”
I have personally suggested Peter Docker, a well-known consultant, to complete my career. I can honestly look at myself in the mirror and say that I wake up in the morning to work.
I have selected my favorites. The answers to these questions have helped me make my dream a career. These are them Somehow, many professionals still ignore this suggestion. They believe they can improve their weaknesses. It’s just a misconception that people want to believe you.
You see, business is about competition, even in organizations. So when your superiors ask you to master your weaknesses, they put you at a great distance. They know that you will not be in danger. I’ve even met people who began to believe the idea themselves. He also asked others to point out their weaknesses. Result? A group of ordinary people who are not unusual in anything. It’s almost like a conspiracy. The top people want to stop you from climbing.
How do I perform?
“Surprisingly, some people have the skills to get things done. Really, most people don’t even know that different people work and perform differently.”
This is the most difficult question to answer. It took me about 5 years of conscious thinking and experimentation to find out. But this is the most important question of your career.
Once you decide how you do it, you will enjoy it for the rest of your life. So what does it mean to perform Drucker? It’s about simple results. In other words: How can I get results?
Think about these things: How does one perform a task?
How will you learn?
Do you perform well under pressure? Do you work well in big teams? Do you do better in a small company or a very large company? How do you focus? It is important to know yourself at this level. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people.
What are my values?
“Joining an organization whose value system is unacceptable or incompatible with one’s own condemns the private for both frustration and inefficiency.” Peter Dicker
Some jobs make you feel bad. And that’s what values are all about. Here’s another example: I’m not saying I have a 99% chance of making money from my blog. I have a set of clear values and one of them is never to lie. I suggest you do the same. Just trust the type of person you would like to see in the mirror every morning.
